SBHIBS University is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as the new Dean of Studies.
As the Dean of Studies, you will be responsible for:
Providing academic leadership and oversight for all undergraduate and graduate programs
Developing and implementing innovative curriculum and teaching strategies
Recruiting, mentoring, and managing a talented faculty
Fostering a dynamic, collaborative learning environment
Ensuring the highest standards of academic excellence and student success
The ideal candidate will have:
✓ Advanced degree in a business-related field (MBA, DBA, or Ph.D. preferred)
✓ Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in higher education administration
✓ Proven track record of driving curricular and pedagogical innovation
✓ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✓ Commitment to student-centered learning and inclusive practices
